What we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

Information you provide directly. When you submit a contact form, sign up for our newsletter, or download a gated resource (such as our Discovery Call Playbook or DISC Sales Playbook), we collect the information you give us. This typically includes your name, email address, company, and role.

Information collected automatically when you visit the site. Like most websites, we automatically collect technical information about your visit, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referring source. We use this for analytics and to improve the site.

Information from third-party identification services. We use RB2B, a website visitor identification service, to identify business visitors to our site. For visitors based in the United States, RB2B may match technical signals from your visit to identifying information including name, professional email, company, job title, and LinkedIn profile. For visitors based outside the United States, RB2B may identify the company associated with your visit but does not identify you individually. This identification is performed without requiring you to submit a form. If you would prefer not to be identified in this way, you can opt out at https://rb2b.com/opt-out or contact us directly.

Why we collect it

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested resources (playbooks, newsletter content, advisory inquiries)
  • Send newsletter and marketing communications to people who have signed up
  • Identify and reach out to business prospects who have shown interest in our content
  • Understand which content resonates with our audience and improve what we publish
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website
  • Comply with legal obligations

Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest in operating a B2B advisory business, with consent obtained where required by law.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business. These currently include:

  • HubSpot — CRM, forms, and email marketing
  • Amplitude — website analytics
  • RB2B — visitor identification (US person-level, international company-level)
  • WordPress / hosting providers — site hosting and infrastructure
  • Google — search analytics and reCAPTCHA where applicable

We do not sell personal information. We do not share information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information for as long as it remains relevant to the business relationship or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers remain on our list until they unsubscribe. CRM records are reviewed periodically and removed when no longer relevant. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
